Change LC_ALL setting

When logging in to another host, got warning related to LC_ALL. To surpress it, updated the locale setting on Raspberry Pi like the below.

sudo update-locale LC_ALL=C.UTF-8

You can see the current setting in /etc/default/locale.

Not sure that "C" is okay for the value, thought..
